After being bitten by a radioactive spider, Peter gains superpowers.
A Guru hypnotizes people to rob banks and threatens to make ten New Yorkers commit suicide unless the city pays him 50 million.
Along with his friend Judy, he is hypnotized, but with ingenuity, he breaks free and stops the Guru, saving the city.
